Enrollment

By booking a demo and enrolling in an IVF Canada program, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.

Class Attendance

Online classes are conducted live via Google Meet. In-person classes are held at our Mississauga location (5730 Coopers Ave #32, Mississauga, ON). Students are expected to attend scheduled classes. Missed classes can be caught up via provided notes and recordings when available.

Payments & Refunds

All payments for our programs are final. We do not offer refunds once enrollment is confirmed, for either online or in-person classes. We strongly encourage all prospective students to attend a free demo class before enrolling to confirm that the program is the right fit.

Online packages are one-time payments that include unlimited live classes until you pass the TEF exam. In-person classes are month-to-month with no minimum commitment — you may discontinue at any time, but already-paid months are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, assignments, mock tests, and study guides, are the intellectual property of IVF Canada and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

IVF Canada provides exam preparation services but does not guarantee specific exam scores or immigration outcomes. Results depend on individual effort and preparation.
